The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis acts as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing them with data-driven recommendations to positively impact business growth and profitability.
A Head of FP&A will develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts, analysing historical trends, market conditions and key performance indicators, producing a detailed picture of the organisation’s financial health and future outlook. They will work closely with department heads across the company to understand operational needs and challenges, translating this information into actionable financial plans and budgets that align with the strategic plan. The Head of FP&A must possess strong presentation skills, able to translate complex financial data into clear, easy-to-understand reports and presentations for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
