Whether you’re looking to secure your first, or next Chief Operating Officer role, the team are on hand to guide you every step of the way.

Chief Medical Officers are key players for every clinical business. Compass Carter Osborne is uniquely placed to draw on talent pools in the medical community to secure the very best talent.

Life Sciences

In common with CSO colleagues, Chief Medical Officers bring world-leading insight into a therapeutic or disease area. The best CMO’s have credibility within their own medical communities, hold the role of the organisation’s Key Opinion Leader, and can identify, engage, and build a networking of external KOLs, globally. Responsible for harnessing the innovation of discovery research within the business, the CMO will align with clinical and patient communities, and engage with regulatory bodies and engage clinical development.

CCO monitor our networks who carry current CMO responsibilities, and the emerging talent working through medical director and similar career routes to Chief Medical Officer. The team also facilitate the appointment of clinical and medical leaders who are able to provide fractional services too.

Healthcare

A Chief Medical Officer operating in the healthcare industry will be responsible for the patient pathway, and the clinical outcome of the business in which they operate. The role will include the strategic leadership overseeing all clinicians operating in the organisation and will be equally well-regarded offering true sector expertise.

Similarly, the CMO will have strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape to ensure best medical practice and patient safety is adhered to at every interaction.
