Rupert Mitchell joins CCO as interim practice launched

Compass Carter Osborne is delighted to welcome Rupert Mitchell to the organisation, where he joins to lead the newly established interim and change management practice.
Formerly interim practice lead at another healthcare executive search firm, Mitchell brings more than fifteen years’ recruitment and executive search experience, much of which is dedicated to the investor-backed healthcare and life sciences markets.
The launch of CCO’s interim executive search practice is in direct response from investor and client operator demands for board and executive leadership talent solutions to fill critical hires on a temporary basis whilst permanent solutions are being run concurrently.
