Compass Carter Osborne (CCO), part of Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS), is proud to celebrate the group’s achievement of Great Place to Work® Certification for the first time.

The certification recognises every business within the CRS group, including Compass Carter Osborne, Consult, Carrot Recruitment, Compass Associates, MedExec and the central group functions. Based entirely on confidential employee feedback, Great Place to Work® Certification provides an independent assessment of workplace culture, employee engagement and organisational trust.

Overall, 92% of colleagues agreed that CRS is a great place to work, supported by exceptionally strong scores for inclusion, belonging, leadership, customer service and team collaboration. In addition, 98% of colleagues said they felt welcomed when they joined the business, while 93% are proud to tell others they work here, reflecting a culture built on trust, respect and shared purpose.

Client service remains central to everything we do, making it particularly encouraging that 97% of colleagues believe our clients would describe the service we provide as excellent. These results reinforce the commitment shared across every CRS brand to delivering exceptional outcomes through expertise, partnership and long-term relationships.

The survey also highlighted the positive working environment that exists throughout the group, with 93% of colleagues describing Compass Carter Osborne as a fun place to work. Beyond the survey metrics, colleagues spoke of “a great community of people that really focus on developing the team and care,” highlighting the supportive, collaborative culture that underpins our success.

Overall, the findings reflect high levels of employee engagement, inclusion and advocacy, together with strong leadership, collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence. They reinforce the values that continue to shape Compass Carter Osborne and the wider CRS group as trusted partners to clients and rewarding places to build a career.
