Abigail Badà rejoins Compass Carter Osborne as Director to lead the People & Culture Practice
Compass Carter Osborne (“CCO”) today announce the return of Abigail Badà, to lead CCO’s People and Culture Practice as Director. A former core member of the group, Badà brings substantive experience in delivering chief people officer, HR director and chief marketing officer placements across the health, care, and wellbeing within investor backed environments.
Having previously been part of the business for five highly successful years, she brings a level of quality and drive for exceptional standards, which mirror CCO’s values. More recently, Badà has supported a number of plural appointments within wellness and lifestyle search, delivering board appointments for start-ups through to FTSE level clients..
