Jamie is a Director within the Board & Leadership Practice and a trusted search partner to the UK and European healthcare, social care and education markets. He advises mid-market Private Equity firms, PE portfolio Boards and private owners on critical leadership challenges at Board, C-suite and Director level.

Having worked with many notable operators and investors across the space, Jamie tailors solutions that build leadership capability at key inflection points: a lead up to exit, a new portfolio acquisition, an ambitious growth mandate, a turnaround. Known for his authenticity and transparency, Jamie has an exceptional track record of appointing Boards and executive teams that have driven meaningful results.

Jamie holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Portsmouth and a Level 5 Diploma in Property & Land Law.
