TB100 2025
A one-day cycling event that’s considered the centrepiece of the healthcare networking calendar.
Cyclists took on a 100 km or 100 mile route – a serious test of endurance! Since it’s launch in 2017, this cycle challenge has become a much-anticipated event for those yearning to wear lycra, take on a personal challenge, network with peers, and make lasting friendships.

We were delighted to have UK children’s charity, Spread A Smile as our official partner for the third year running. Spread a Smile brings joy and laughter to seriously ill and hospitalised children and their families during long hospital stays.
This year’s event has raised £14,865 so far and we’re still receiving donations – this figure alone allows for over 700 seriously ill children in hospitals and hospices across the UK to have an entertainer bring a smile to their face.
