HPE NYC is the New York instalment of McDermott Will & Schulte’s flagship Healthcare Private Equity series, bringing the sector’s leading investors, founders, management teams and investment bankers together for a day of high-quality panel discussion and prime networking in the heart of Manhattan. As one of the most closely watched events in the US healthcare dealmaking calendar, HPE NYC offers a real pulse-check on where private equity appetite, valuations and deal structures are heading across the American healthcare landscape.

With Compass Carter Osborne’s US presence continuing to grow from our New York office, events like HPE NYC play an increasingly important role in how we stay close to the market on the ground. Representing CCO this year are Sam Leighton-Smith BA (Hons), Director, and Adam Carter BEng (Hons), Senior Partner. Adam co-leads CCO and brings close to two decades of specialist search experience across the independent care and education sectors, having founded Carter Schwartz in 2014 before its merger to form Compass Carter Osborne. Sam brings deep networks across UK and US healthcare investment, and has previously been recognised as a finalist on the HealthInvestor Power List for his contribution to the sector. Together, they’ll be building on CCO’s growing footprint in the US healthcare private equity market.
