Louis joined the Compass Carter Osborne research team as a Research Associate in July 2025, bringing with him three years’ experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and specialist recruitment services at a reputable international automotive group. During this time, Louis was responsible for delivering an expansive range of roles at varying levels of seniority, ranging from mid-level to upper management.
In his role at CCO, Louis collaborates closely with consultants, focusing on the research process to deliver C-suite mandates, with a particular emphasis on the healthcare and social care sectors.
Louis holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Film Production from the University of Winchester.
