Jamie joined Compass Carter Osborne at the beginning of 2026 as a Research Associate. With a background in legal research and a recently completed master’s graduate, he brings a mix of academic and professional research experience to executive search. In previous roles, he regularly interviewed legal professionals across all levels of seniority and practice areas, such as Corporate/M&A, Private Equity and Healthcare.
At CCO, Jamie collaborates closely with consultants, focusing on the research process to deliver C-suite mandates, with a particular emphasis on the healthcare and social care sectors.
Jamie has a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Politics & Law from Cardiff University and an MA in International Public and Political Communications from the University of Sheffield.
