André joined the team in 2023 as a Research Associate, bringing six years of experience in business operations within healthcare and corporate M&A. Since joining, he has been promoted to Senior Research Associate.
In his role, André collaborates closely with consultants, focusing on the research process to deliver C-suite mandates, with a particular emphasis on the healthcare and social care sectors.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Bournemouth University and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology (Distinction) from the University of East London. He is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a qualified BPS Test User in Occupational Ability and Personality Testing, listed on the Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU). He also holds the EFPA European Test User Certificate (Level 2) in Work and Organisational Assessment.
