André David Pacan BSc (Hons), GMBPsS

André is a Business Psychologist specialising in executive assessment and behavioural profiling. He leads the use of psychometric tools as part of CCO’s external advisory offering, helping organisations embed robust psychological insight into their recruitment, leadership, and succession strategies.

He leads on the delivery of C-suite assessment programmes, bringing expertise in psychometric strategy, test selection, and executive-level behavioural profiling. His reports translate complex assessment data into structured, evidence-based recommendations that inform succession planning, reduce leadership risk, and support long-term organisational performance. He also provides post-assessment advisory, including coaching alignment, onboarding guidance, and development planning.

André is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and accredited by the Society as a qualified Test User in Occupational Ability and Personality assessment. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Bournemouth University and is completing an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology at the University of East London. He is also a certified Lumina Spark and Lumina Select Practitioner.
