About the event
Join One Nucleus and Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce for a special roundtable breakfast, bringing together industry leaders, educators, and professionals to discuss the future skills needs of the life sciences sector and how the demand can be met.
As the industry continues to evolve, both One Nucleus and the Chamber recognize the need for a strong skills plan to support future growth and inclusive development. This discussion will explore any current skills gaps and brainstorm actionable strategies to address them.
Building on the work the Chamber have undertaken already on the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) created by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority which provides an in-depth analysis of the progress made in addressing local skills shortages and enhancing workforce capabilities within the region , this is a unique opportunity to collaborate, share insights, and help shape the next generation of talent in the life sciences sector.
