Life Science Director, Tarquin Bennett-Coles is speaking at Men In Motion: Rethinking Roles, Raising Futures.

As societal expectations evolve, so too must our understanding of masculinity, identity, and wellbeing. Cambridge Judge brings you Men in Motion: Rethinking Roles, Raising Futures where two exceptional thought leaders will explore the shifting landscape of men’s roles in contemporary life from leadership and fatherhood to mental health and allyship. Join Professor Alan Jagolinzer and Tarquin Bennett-Coles for a dynamic discussion that challenges stereotypes, celebrates progress, and addresses the pressures men face today. Together, they will examine how redefining men’s experiences can contribute to healthier workplaces, stronger communities, and a more equitable future for all.

This thought-provoking session will invite reflection, dialogue, and action, encouraging everyone to be part of the movement for inclusive, balanced and forward-looking gender conversations.

This event is hosted by Cambridge Judge’s Global EDI Forum for Business Schools, led by Manaz Javaid, EDI Lead at Cambridge Judge. It forms part of International Men’s Day 2025 programming at the Business School.
