The appointment required a specific skillset to allow for a fruitful collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer and the Country GM to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the business goals and target audience.
Reason and Purpose:
The Marketing Director would be responsible for collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer and the Country GM to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the business goals and their target audience by utilising various digital channels such as social media, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising mediums to generate leads.
Marketing strategies implemented by the team would directly correlate to an increase in the conversion rate of leads to initial consultations, including optimizing landing pages, user experience, and call-to-action elements allowing FutureLife to remain the European leader in reproductive medicine and women’s health.
Search Process / Methodology:
Compass Carter Osborne undertook a thorough research process. In addition to our established network, CCO worked to identify organisations with unique and engaging marketing strategies, which resulted in 319 identified candidates from 6 different sectors. More than 75% of the identified candidates submitted as part of the shortlisting process were women, and 1 in 5 identified as diverse.
The CCO team scoured potential Marketing Directors from a wide range of sectors, including: Beauty / Cosmetics; Delivery Services; Entertainment / Technology; Food & Beverages; Retail; and Travel.
