Chair, NED, CEO & CFO

Compass Carter Osborne and Consensus Support have worked with another for a number of years, and CCO has supported the organisations investors, Stirling Square Capital Partners (SSCP) on a number of pivotal appointments. This included the Chair, CEO, CFO, Development Director and NED appointments across the lifespan of SSCP’s investment cycle. 

Reason & Purpose: 

Sterling Square Capital needed to build a new senior management (both exec and non-exec) after completing its investment in Consensus Support. CCO initially completed the pivotal hires of CEO and Chair, before continuing to work with the CEO to grow and improve her SLT, as the business continues to work towards a successful exit.
