Paul is a Director within the Finance & Commercial Practice at Compass Carter Osborne, typically supporting high growth, private equity backed business with their CFO and financial leadership requirements.

Prior to joining Compass Carter Osborne, Paul spent the bulk of his career within a FTSE-listed recruitment business, bringing more than 17 years’ experience in senior finance recruitment, where he established a far-reaching and broad network. He understands the importance of not only identifying a best-in-class CFO, but also the supporting roles within that function.

Paul has also supported search mandates covering M&A, Corporate Finance, Divisional and Group leads, Tax and Treasury – ranging from start-up and SME businesses, to mid-cap organisations.
