Christina Hargreaves

Christina joined Compass Carter Osborne in 2025 as an Associate Director for Delivery. In this role she works closely with the Partners and Research team in ensuring an excellence-driven journey for clients and candidates across the Health & Social Care sectors.

With a decade of experience, Christina has supported privately owned, public, and private equity-backed businesses at Board and C-suite level across the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education and Not for Profit industries globally.

Christina’s approach emphasises building lasting relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring a smooth and impactful journey at every stage. Christina achieved a first in Psychology and outside of work enjoys keeping active on the Netball court, Skiing and Cycling.
