Join us for a one-day cycling event that’s considered the centrepiece of the healthcare networking calendar.
Choose a challenging 100 km or 100-mile route, taking in some of the UK’s most iconic routes in a serious test of endurance. Since it’s launch in 2017, this cycle challenge has become a much-anticipated event for those yearning to wear lycra, take on a personal challenge, network with peers, and make lasting friendships.
TB100 will take place on Thursday 11th of September 2025. Register here
Previous years:
2017: The Cotswolds
2018: The New Forest
2019: Surrey to Battle
2023: The Chilterns
2024: Surrey’s Box Hill and beyond
2025: The rolling hills and picturesque countryside of Kent
We are delighted to have UK children’s charity, Spread A Smile as our official partner for the third year running.
Last year’s event raised £11,600 – this figure alone allows for 600 seriously ill children in hospitals and hospices across the UK to have an entertainer bringing a smile to their face.
“This is an incredible experience—pushing your limits, riding through iconic routes, and connecting with others who share the same drive. Whether you’re tackling 100 km or 100 miles, the challenge is unforgettable.”
Hoong Wey Woon,
Managing Director, DC Advisory
“My favourite event of the year… Cycling is the new golf and the Compass Carter Osborne team organised and executed this event to perfection! Good fun, great connections and challenging enough for a worthwhile cause.”
Hannah Haines,
Head of Healthcare Consultancy
