André joined the team in 2023 as a Research Associate, bringing six years of experience in business operations within healthcare and corporate M&A. Since joining, he has been promoted to Senior Research Associate.

In his role, André collaborates closely with consultants, focusing on the research process to deliver C-suite mandates, with a particular emphasis on the healthcare and social care sectors.

André holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology from Bournemouth University, where he specialised in qualitative research methods. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology at the University of East London as part of his Stage 1 Training in Occupational Psychology.
