As a trusted advisor he has consistently addressed the leadership challenges across the entirety of Non-Executive and C-suite appointments for major providers, emerging corporates, not-for-profits and investors across a diverse range of health and social care niches.   

Having spent eighteen years developing this sector focus for another respected consultancy, in 2014 Adam founded Carter Schwartz – a leading boutique search and selection consultancy exclusively focussed on the independent Care & Education sectors. Leading the exit to Compass Recruitment Solutions in May 2024, Carter Schwartz merged with Compass Executives to form Compass Carter Osborne. Adam now holds the position of Senior Partner.
