Reason & Purpose:
The business had been on an exciting growth journey under Downing’s ownership and for the business to continue scaling further, a NED with a background in social care and scaled businesses was required to ensure that the SMT had the right support in place to facilitate this growth.
The ideal NED candidate would have a strong financial skillset, given that the business was seeking to raise additional funds to support its ambitious growth plans.
