Compass Carter Osborne (CCO), a leading executive search and advisory services firm dedicated to the private capital backed, and privately owned global healthcare and life sciences markets, has welcomed Holley Edyvane as a Director in the Life Sciences Practice.
Holley brings an established track record supporting private capital (VC, private equity, and family offices) backed biotech’s through to mid-cap commercial organisations through delivering exceptional leadership talent at Board-level, building high-performance leadership teams that are needed to advance life-saving therapies and improve patient outcomes.

Before joining CCO, Holley gained experience of supporting the global life sciences community with executive appointments having worked at several biopharmaceutical executive search firms across the course of more than a decade. Her arrival strengthens CCO’s capability to support private capital and portfolio companies globally, through the delivery of complex searches identifying the most sought-after leadership talent in the space.
Holley’s appointment underscores CCO’s continued investment in building out its global life sciences offering, having secured two new Director-level hires in the past three months in continued ambitions to strengthen CCO’s international capability.
