Compass Carter Osborne records success at the 2026 HealthInvestor Awards

Compass Carter Osborne is delighted to share news of further success at the annual HealthInvestor Awards, where the team were recognized as winners of the executive search firm of the year 2026 category.
This is the third time CCO has won this award since 2022, which looks to identify the best professional services organization providing retained executive search and advisory services to the investor backed healthcare community.
To have been selected as leaders in our dedicated field of expertise on the night caps off a very strong last twelve months for the team who delivered a record number of executive search mandates – observing a 35% year-on-year growth in C-suite mandates in the last year; working closely with more than 30 investors in the space in delivering C-Level and executive leadership hires in the same timescale; and generating 40% repeat business from investors – nearly two-thirds of whom had multiple healthcare assets in their portfolio, demonstrating the trust the investment community has in CCO to identify exceptional talent for their businesses.

The HealthInvestor Awards is widely acknowledged as the preeminent awards ceremony of the year for the health, care, and specialist education markets, bringing together investors, operators, intermediaries, suppliers, and leaders in the sector for an evening of celebration.
