From an HR background and with over 28 years’ experience in executive search, Sharon is extensively networked throughout the health and social care sectors.
With operational responsibility for the Compass Carter Osborne consultant team, she manages the systems and processes and ensures good practice, allowing the team to deliver in an efficient and timely manner.
Internally, she works closely with all support functions and the wider group, and externally with clients regarding their experience with us to understand how we can continuously improve our offering.
