Henry is the Non-Executive Chair of Compass Recruitment Solutions, where Compass Carter Osborne is the Executive Search brand.
An industry expert with broad experience advising investor backed healthcare companies, Henry is also Partner of Oliver Wyman, a leading global management consulting firm that combines deep industry knowledge with specialised expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, and organisation transformation, and the Deputy Chair of the European Healthcare Investor Association.
Previously, Henry was CEO of health and social care market intelligence provider LaingBuisson and a Senior Consultant to Macquarie following a career as an investment banker as Head of European Healthcare at Jefferies, UBS and Rothschild having qualified as a solicitor with Linklaters. He has been a trustee of the charity Turn2Us, an advisor to the International Longevity Centre think tank and Chair of care home provider Elizabeth Finn Homes. He has an MA in Law from the University of Oxford.
