Aidan is a Senior Research Associate at Compass Carter Osborne, having joined the business in 2024. He brings experience in Board and C-suite appointments within financial services, including mandates for Retail Banks and FinTech’s, having previously worked in a Research role for a SHREK firm.
In his role, Aidan works alongside consultants, assisting in both the research process and outreach efforts to execute global C-suite mandates, with a specific focus on the private equity owned, and venture capital backed life sciences organisations.
Aidan holds a 2:1 BSc in Economics from King’s College, London, with research interest in Human Capital and International Trade.
