Abigail is a Director and Head of Practice specialising in the consumer health, wellness and active lifestyle sectors.

Her work is heavily weighted toward consumer healthcare and the broader wellness ecosystem, where she leads C-suite and senior functional leadership appointments, as well as NXD services.

With nearly two decades in executive search and advisory, Abigail partners with publicly traded organisations, mid-sized private equity backed companies and family-owned businesses undergoing high growth, transformation or pre/post-acquisition change. She has successfully executed a significant number of Corporate and Commercial leadership mandates across Europe and North America.
