Richard is a Senior Research Associate joining Compass Carter Osborne in 2022. Previously he spent 15 highly successful years as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on senior appointments across a variety of industries, including social care and education. Richard’s experience spans both boutique services, and large-scale corporate organisations, where he developed strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

In his role, Richard leads and supports the consultants by leading on the research process to deliver C-suite mandates for investor backed companies across the health and social care sectors. In the past 12 months, Richard’s role has also encompassed leading all research efforts for our newly formed M&A support service, which has seen him deliver a variety of projects across the health and social care sectors.
