Kieran is an Associate Director – Research at Compass Carter Osborne. He initially joined the business as a Consultant in 2018 focusing on senior Finance and Commercial C-suite mandates, this was following a successful five-year period delivering retained senior finance mandates for a boutique executive search business based in Central London. 

Kieran has led the Research function at Compass Carter Osborne since early 2022. He currently manages a team of five dedicated in-house researchers, tasked with supporting consultants on a range of searches, whilst personally leading and delivering research for high-level mandates across the Healthcare, Social Care and Life Sciences sectors.  

Kieran holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) in English Literature and History from De Montfort University in Leicester.
