Gioia is a Senior Research Associate at Compass Carter Osborne, having joined the business in 2026. She brings executive search experience from a boutique search firm, where she worked as a Consultant delivering retained Board and C-suite appointments across a broad range of industries, including financial services, energy, manufacturing, public services and not for profit.
Working alongside the firm’s consultants, Gioia supports the delivery of senior executive and Board appointments across health, social care, education and life sciences. Her work encompasses market intelligence, research, mapping executive talent, engaging senior leaders and assessing candidates throughout the search process.
Gioia graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA (Hons) in History. Outside of her professional life, she has an interest in cooking, reading and the occasional salsa.
