David is the Group Marketing Director for Compass Recruitment Solutions, where he is responsible for setting the strategic marketing objectives for all operating brands in the group: Compass Carter Osborne, Compass Associates, Carrot Recruitment, and Compass Corporate Services.
With more than a decade in the recruitment and executive search industry, David joined Compass in 2016. Since then, he has been responsible for the design, implementation, and review of all internal and external marketing activities for the group; domestic and international brand launches; and post-M&A brand integration in line with the business growth plans. He manages a team of eight across design, content, events, PR, and digital activities.
David holds a BA (Hons) in French and International Relations, along with a number of Chartered Institute of Marketing qualifications.
