Chris is a Director in the Life Sciences Practice at CCO, with more than two-and-a-half decades of experience in delivering executive appointments into the global life sciences industry.
His background ranges from early-stage venture capital backed life science start-ups, through to global private equity backed pharmaceutical and medtech companies. This extensive network of industry leaders has been strengthened by his depth of partnership within the corporate pharmaceutical, medtech and life science tools arena.
Over the course of his career, he has built an outstanding reputation for delivering C-suite and Board-level appointments across the biopharmaceutical and medical technology markets and is exceptionally well networked among the leadership talent that shapes the industry. His key motivation in supporting these companies is the impact this has on improved health.
Prior to joining CCO, Chris spent a number of years in the life sciences industry and then gained executive search experience with Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner in the Healthcare Practice, CT Partners as Co-Global Head of the Life Sciences Practice, Talent Mark as Head of Life Science and more recently at Kingsley Gate as Senior Partner and Co-Head of the Life Sciences Practice.
