Chloe has recently joined the team as a Research Associate, having transitioned from a Senior Consultant role within Compass Associates. Chloe brings with her four years of experience recruiting senior management and operational mandates within the consumer health and elderly care markets.
During her time spent working across the market, she has developed and nurtured key relationships in the industry, enabling her to understand the unique challenges and opportunities across Consumer Health. Her network, combined with her insight into operational demands and leadership needs, allows Chloe to identify high-calibre professionals who drive growth and innovation across multiple sectors including dentistry, veterinary, cosmetics, leisure & wellness, audiology & optical, physiotherapy, and pharmacy.
In her role, Chloe works alongside consultants, assisting in both the research process and outreach efforts to execute global C-suite mandates, with a particular focus on the consumer health market.
