André is a Business Psychologist specialising in executive assessment and behavioural profiling. His work focuses on applying psychometrics and behavioural science to help organisations make stronger, evidence-based leadership decisions and understand how personality dynamics influence culture, performance, and strategic risk.

At Compass Carter Osborne, he advises executive teams on leadership selection, development, and behavioural strategy. His work translates complex psychological data into clear, actionable insight that supports robust judgment, effective succession planning and ethical decision-making at the top of the organisation.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Bournemouth University and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology (Distinction) from the University of East London. He is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a qualified BPS Test User in Occupational Ability and Personality Testing, listed on the Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU). He also holds the EFPA European Test User Certificate (Level 2) in Work and Organisational Assessment.
